● If Chapter Roma were a drink, what drink would it be?
It’s be a whisky Martini, the gin for the elegance of the Hotel, the whisky for the warmth you feel when you enter.
● What’s the best memory you have about Chapter Roma?
I have actually two. The first when we hired more Staff and had the first meeting with all new Department Heads, it felt like a big family gathering around the table for Sunday lunch. The second one was the opening party in November 2019. It’s been memorable, people in Rome have talked about it for weeks.
● What type of music gives you the energy you need every day?
It can only be rock! Genesis for breakfast, Oasis for lunch, Led Zeppelin for dinner and AC/DC for late night.

There’s nothing like a perfect Martini.
● Where would you like the next Chapter Hotel to open?
The Chapter concept will match any city we will move in because all Hotel will be different in style. Florence, Milano, London, NY would be amazing but my favorite would probably be in the Dolomites, one of the largest heritage sites in the world.
● How would you describe the corporate culture?
The Chapter group was born with a specific intent to manage hotels with a style and concept different from others and fill a segment that was missing in Italy. Chapter culture means standing out in the main Italian cities following the criteria of uniqueness and informal hospitality. Whatever we do, it won’t be trivial and we won’t look for the easiest or quickest way. The search for materials and solutions will be almost obsessive, just as the hotel was conceived in the pre-opening phase. It will be important that all new employees get in tune with the rest of the team, understanding who we are, what we want but above all how we will achieve our goals. When we are looking for a candidate for a position, we will not only consider experience but we will try to understand the potential of the figure, preferring young at heart people in line with our culture.
● What are your true passions?
Since I was a child I have a passion for vintage cars. My dream is to take part in the Mille Miglia with my son. What strength do you think is essential to do what you do? Care and respect for all our employees and suppliers. This is the rule if you want to succeed personally and professionally.
● Why Chapter Roma? If the coolest place in town is about to open, would you miss this once in a lifetime chance?
Me, no way.
● If Chapter Roma were a drink, what drink would it be?
Definitely a Negroni. An Old fashion Italian who wanted a bit of London too. .
● What’s the best memory you have about Chapter Roma?
The day before the opening. The night we spent all together here. That feeling of something you worked for so hard was about to happen.Unforgettable.

The second, it’s not that I don’t like cheese and red wine, rather because staying by the beach is relaxing and the sea represents the opening to the world!

I think it could be a whiskey sour.

When I first saw the Campocori design, and my kitchen. An unforgettable moment.

I can’t start the morning without a pop song, it gives me the right energy.

I’m thinking about Sardinia to bring out there our Lifestyle concept , maybe in Porto Cervo.

Americano.

Definitely when we reopened after the lockdown.
● What type of music gives you the energy you need every day?
Music is energy, a mix of ska, reggae and hip hop it’s always good.

In Italy I would say Florence, abroad definitely London in Europe and Mumbai or Bangkok in the rest of the world.

It’s young, it’s cool and the way you feel at home it’s something that you can’t buy.

His unique identity, something that is unseen in Rome.

Because Chapter Roma Hotel isn’t common, because it combines things I generally love: design, architecture and the normalization of luxury, launching a strong message of inclusion and accessibility.
● If Chapter Roma were a drink, what drink would it be?
Probably the Fish House Punch, his receipt is dated 1795 and this is a perfect punch to welcome guests at a dinner party, is a crowd-pleaser. Sophisticated and easy to drink, just like I see Chapter Roma!
● What’s the best memory you have about Chapter Roma?
The best memory I have is certainly when I stepped inside the Hotel for the very first time and I realized that what I had in mind was less than what my eyes were seeing: the classic example of “exceeding expectations”. Wow!
● What type of music gives you the energy you need every day?
Surely Rap music: deep and often unconventional.

A Negroni on the beach, no doubt about it!

Well, well… Florence to remain in Italy. Lisbon if we are thinking about Europe and Brazil if we wanna go worldwide!
